MEET APOSTLE
E. JACKIE MONTGOMERY

Apostle Elnore Jackquelyn Montgomery is a lover and caretaker of God’s people. She has the heart and 

compassion of the father and has demonstrated commitment, steadfastness, and consistency to working and building the kingdom of God. She is the senior pastor of Rapha “Ropheka'' Restoration Center and founder of Jackie Montgomery Ministries INC. She has served in the capacity of: bible study facilitator, Sunday school teacher, conference facilitator, speaker, biblical counselor, mentor, reverend, evangelist, pastor and apostle. She was elevated and appointed to the office of Apostle under the leadership of Bishop Freddie Bernard. Marshall and is in divine covenant with the Greater Church of Deliverance INC.

Apostle Montgomery attended Barber-Scotia College in Concord, N.C. She majored in biology with a 

minor in chemistry. She also attended the College of Allied Health housed at the Medical University of South Carolina where she studied histocompatibility and worked as a licensed medical technician. She worked and provided impeccable service to the staff, patients, and residences of the Medical University for a span of thirty years. Apostle Montgomery demonstrated to be a faithful and committed member of New Holmes Street Baptist Church and biblical scholar of the Barbara Fishburne Bible Training Curricula Program. In May of nineteen hundred and ninety-six, she was certified by the Barbara Fishburne Ministries Inc. as a proficient and able body minister of the gospel. In October of nineteen hundred and ninety-six, she was licensed as an evangelist under the guidelines of the Cooper River Baptist Association. On February twenty-fifth, two thousand one, then, minister Montgomery was ordained as Reverend under the guidelines of the Cooper River Baptist Association. Apostle Montgomery also completed the requisite Training in the Stephen Ministry series at Trident Health System.

Apostle Montgomery’s ecclesiastical resume is extensive as she has taught throughout the tri-county area as 

a proficient, insightful, and revelatory instructor of the gospel. She hears the intimate thoughts of the father and encourages his people through his voice and word. She has shared biblical truths and teachings of God’s word with the Life Center Fellowship of Churches, Barnes Temple A.M. E. Zion and the New Holmes Street Baptist Church. She has traveled throughout the United States as a demanded teacher, preacher, retreat facilitator and conference speaker. She is the spiritual mother, voice of God and wise counsel to many, but holds a special place in heart for her natural son and daughter: Tyriqua “Peaches” Rouse and Dorsey Tyree Montgomery II and is the proud grandparent of US Airman Caleb Montgomery. 

 

Apostle Montgomery lives and breathes to fulfill the call of God on her life by fulfilling the command of God in Jeremiah:

“See, I have this day set thee over the nations and over the kingdoms, to root out, and to pull down, and to destroy, and to throw down, to build, and to plant.”
